This condominium renovation in an Oakland tower adjacent to Lake Merritt is designed to take advantage of the spectacular views and to provide a gallery-like environment to accommodate the owner’s extensive collection of Central American and African art.
The project involved two phases. The first remodeled a corner two-bedroom unit by opening up the kitchen, living and dining areas into a single space. The second expanded the residence into the adjacent unit, providing the owner with a generous master bedroom/ dressing room/ bath suite.
