An 80,000 s.f. building provides management and administrative offices, computer software research facilities, engineering laboratories, OEM labs, and structured parking for the Santa Cruz Operation (SCO, now Tarantella), a software firm providing state-of-the-art Unix and Linux based software for business, corporate, and professional users.

Clusters of research/engineering suites share laboratory space and are organized around two atria that provide a sense of orientation and allow tempered natural light to all interior spaces.
